  1. up to 175,000,000 free new options (<\/span>New Options<\/b>), issued free-attaching on the basis of one (1) New Option for every two (2) fully paid ordinary shares (<\/span>Shares<\/b>) subscribed for by investors in the placement announced to the ASX on 11 April 2023 (<\/span>Placement<\/b>);\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. up to 450,000,000 New Options at an issue price of $0.0005 to raise up to $225,000; and<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. 35,000,000 New Options issued to the Lead Manager of the Placement and the Options Placement (or its nominee),<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    (together the <\/span>Offers<\/b>).<\/span><\/p>\n

    New Options offered under the Offers will be quoted Options exercisable at $0.012 on or before the date that is three (3) years following the date of issue.<\/span><\/p>\n
