Why White Cliff Minerals?

Clear Company Strategy

Defining a large-scale copper opportunity in one of the world’s leading mining jurisdictions

Exciting, Early Stage Copper Exploration

White Cliff has opportunistically secured the largest footprint of prospective high-grade copper ground across an emerging copper region with a first mover advantage

High Grade Copper Discovery @ Danvers

First assays point to a major copper discovery at Rae, with standout intercepts including 175m @ 2.5% Cu; 90m @ 4.0% Cu & 7.5 g/t Ag; 58m @ 3.08% Cu & 13.3 g/t Ag; 105m at 2.25% Cu. Adding to the scale, the new Danvers 2 – over 5km down strike – assays returned 15m at 4.8% Cu, with 2026 drilling returning results that clearly demonstrate the emergence of a large emerging copper system

Material Upside From Sedimentary Coppery Discovery

A large underexplored tenure package located in historic and proven areas with the potential for significant, high-grade and scalable projects – Drill holes STK25001 & STK25003 confirms presence of sedimentary hosted copper system

Tier 1 Jurisdiction

Canada is a supportive jurisdiction with enabling regulatory frameworks for exploration and development with multiple initiatives underway to support Critical Minerals Exploration and Infrastructure Development

Committed Board & Management

The company has a well-established team, with the sector expertise, experience and demonstrated skin in the game having purchased >A$4m in shares and options on market and in placements over the previous 18 months

Rae Project

Project Overview

White Cliff Minerals is focused on advancing a material copper project in a Tier 1 jurisdiction. Drilling at the Rae Project’s Danvers area has confirmed a district-scale copper sulphide system, with high-grade copper and silver assays and visible copper in every hole into the main structure, building on historic high-grade results. First assays from the 2026 regional campaign have confirmed a further 1.5 km of mineralised strike, taking the total mineralised footprint beyond 5.4 km. Thick, high-grade intercepts point to strong potential across the broader licence and position the Company to exceed the historic 4.16 Mt @ 2.96% Cu estimate.

Nunavut, Canada

Ideally located a short flight from the regional mining hub of Yellowknife & 75km from the coastal town of Kugluktuk

Total license area ~2,000 km²

Highly prospective copper district with near-surface high-grade epithermal copper and tier-1 scale sedimentary targets, where drilling continues to define new zones and upgrade historic mineralization, supporting the potential for a major copper project

Rae Drilling Extends Copper System

The Rae Copper Project covers more than 1,200 square kilometres in one of the world’s leading mining jurisdictions, a highly prospective region known for high grade copper mineralisation. The 2026 regional drilling campaign at Danvers has rapidly elevated Rae into a major high grade copper discovery, headlined by DAN26012, which returned 19.81 m @ 6.64% Cu from 152.4 m, including 7.62 m @ 11.38% Cu and an ultra high grade 1.52 m @ 21.1% Cu, the project’s highest grade interval on record and among the strongest shallow high grade copper intersections returned worldwide in the past decade.

Assays now confirm copper mineralisation over more than 3.1 km of strike along the Teshierpi Fault Zone, with logged visual copper sulphides extending the system beyond 6 km between DAN26001 and DAN26024 and mineralisation remaining open in both directions, towards surface and at depth. DAN26015 has confirmed copper on a second contact outside the main fault, returning 79.24 m @ 1.59% Cu including 24.38 m @ 3.05% Cu and materially expanding the search space across this regional scale system. These results build on a maiden campaign that delivered standout intervals including 175 m @ 2.5% Cu, 58 m @ 3.08% Cu and 63 m @ 2.23% Cu, together with the Danvers 2 discovery more than 5 km down strike.
