Lithium Projects:

Abraxis Lithium Project (100%): The Abraxis Lithium Project covers an area of ~294km2, approximately 170km south of Port Hedland and is accessible via the Great Northern Highway. The Project is located within the East Pilbara Granite-Greenstone Terrane of the Pilbara Craton which is characterised by large granitic complexes flanked by greenstone belts comprised of steeply dipping sequences of volcano-sedimentary rocks.

Preston River Lithium Project (100%): The Preston River Lithium project consists of one tenement application (E70/5871) within the southwest region of Western Australia, located 20km east of Donnybrook and 30km north of the town of Greenbushes. The project is adjacent to Lithium Australia Limited (ASX:LIT) Greenbushes lithium project.

Yinnetharra Lithium Project (100%): The Yinnetharra Li/REE project consists of two tenement applications, E09/2628 and E09/2641, within the Gascoyne lithium region, located about 100km northeast of Gascoyne Junction and 85km south of Hastings Rare Earths (ASX:HAS) world-class Yangibana rare earths project.

Diemals Lithium/REE Project (100%):  The area of the six tenements at Diemals (783 blocks) is effectively unexplored. Very strong Ce responses up to 1,860ppm in ferruginous lateritic material. The project area is underlain by deeply weathered granites west of the Southern Cross greenstone belt with recent reinterpretation of detailed aeromagnetic data by Nimy Resources suggesting the northern tip of the Forrestania greenstone belt terminates within the western tenement area. 

REE Projects:

Hines Hill REE Project (100%): The Hines Hill REE project consists of one tenement granted tenement (E70/5875) within the Yilgarn region, located 20km west of Merredin and along the Great Eastern Highway.

Gardner Range REE Project (100%):The Gardner Range REE/U project consists of one tenement application, (E80/5684) within the Kimberley region of Western Australia, located ~150km southeast of the town of Halls Creek. The project is adjacent to the Mount Mansbridge REE project held by Red Mountain Mining (ASX:RMX) and 20km southwest of Northern Minerals (ASX:NTU) Browns Range rare earth carbonate project (9.24Mt @ 0.67% TREO).

Gold Project:

Reedy South Gold Project (100%): The Project covers 272km2 of the highly prospective Cue goldfields, centred on the southern portion of the prolific Reedy Shear Zone, within the Meekatharra-Wydgee greenstone belt. The Project comprises one granted mining lease (M20/446) covering the historic underground workings of Pegasus and King Cole, a granted exploration and prospecting license (E20/938 & P20/2289) and four exploration license applications (E20/969, E20/971, E20/972 & E20/974). Reedy South is situated 40km north of Cue, via the Great Northern Highway and is 80km south of Meekatharra.

Copper Projects:

Midas Copper/Gold Project (100%): The Midas Copper-Gold Project consists of two wholly owned licenses, Table Top and Coolbro Creek on E45/5107 and E45/5112, both situated in the western Paterson Province, home to major projects such as Telfer and Nifty.

Cobalt-Nickel Projects (subject to farm-out):

Coronation Dam Cobalt Project (100%): The project consists of one tenement (16km2) in the Wiluna-Norseman greenstone belt 90km south of the Murrin Murrin nickel-cobalt HPAL plant. The tenement contains an Inferred Mineral Resource of 5.7 million tonnes at 1% nickel and 0.08% cobalt containing 56,700 tonnes of nickel and 4,300 tonnes of cobalt (ASX release 25 March 2019). Mineralisation is open along strike within an extensive ultramafic unit that contains zones of cobalt mineralisation associated with nickel mineralisation.

Ghan Well Cobalt Project (100%): The project consists of one tenement (39km2) in the Wiluna-Norseman greenstone belt 25km southeast of the Murrin Murrin nickel-cobalt HPAL plant. The tenement contains an extensive ultramafic unit with zones of cobalt mineralisation associated with nickel mineralisation. The cobalt grades range from 0.01% to 0.75% and occur within a zone of manganiferous oxides within the regolith profile.
