Title: Geologist
Location: Various remote project sites (travel required)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Geologist to join our exploration and development team.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in field geology, excellent Geographic Information System (GIS) skills, and the ability to work effectively in remote and challenging environments. You will play a key role in supporting early- to advanced-stage exploration programs, integrating geological data, and contributing to target generation and drill planning.

The person we require will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Conduct field mapping, sampling, and structural interpretation in remote locations, often under physically demanding conditions.
  • Collect, log, and interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data
  • Utilize GIS platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS, MapInfo) for:
  • Data compilation and spatial analysis
  • Georeferencing historical maps and drill collars
  • Creation of interpretive maps, cross-sections, and 3D models
  • Support drill program design and supervision, including collar siting and geological logging.
  • Ensure data integrity and management across field and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors, reporting results to senior geologists and management.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and community engagement protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field; postgraduate qualifications an asset.
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in mineral exploration or field geology.
  • Proficient in GIS software and geospatial analysis.
  • Familiarity with GPS/GNSS field mapping tools and mobile data capture apps (e.g., FieldMove, Collector, MX Deposit).
  • Experience working in remote or fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) field environments, preferably in Arctic, desert, or jungle conditions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a field medical assessment.
  • Wilderness first aid or survival training considered an asset.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Basic scripting (Python, R) or experience with geological databases (e.g., Leapfrog, Micromine, Geosoft).
  • UAV (drone) survey experience.
  • Multilingual capabilities or cross-cultural field experience.

Title: Drilling Supervisor
Location: Various remote project sites (travel required)
Reporting To: Executive Director
Type: Contract / Project-based

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Drilling Supervisor to join our exploration and development team for our 2026 drilling season.

As a Drilling Supervisor you will be responsible for communicating between the various contractors, the Company and its geologists and executive team. The Drilling Supervisor must use their extensive drilling knowledge and qualifications to assist in drilling practices to ensure maximum production and core recovery in the safest manner. You will play a key role in supporting early- to advanced-stage exploration programs.

The person we require will have the following experience and attributes:

  • A strong background in either Diamond and RC Drilling operations.
  • Understand and comply with the standards required by industry regulations, ensuring all personnel comply with the HSE Regulations, any site specific rules or pertinent act or regulations which may apply.
  • An ability to mentor and manage all crews involved within the drilling division.
  • The knowledge to troubleshoot and solve field-based drilling problems.
  • Ability to fine tune equipment and drilling methods for efficient operation.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and daily communication requirements are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of drilling experience, with at least 5 of those in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience working in remote or fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) field environments, preferably in Arctic, desert, or jungle conditions.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote and challenging environments

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Head of Exploration to join our exploration and development team.

This is an Executive opportunity with the Whtie Cliff Minerals team. This role presents a rare opportunity to take a senior leadership position with a Company that is poised for growth and strategic development. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Exploration to lead technical and field teams.

Our flagship project is located in the last, great underexplored Proterozoic sedimentary basins of the world in Northern Canada, hosting an extensive array of advanced and early-stage Copper exploration targets. This role will be pivotal in driving future discovery and resource growth.

The person we require will have the following experience and attributes:

  • You will lead exploration initiatives from grassroots to resource definition while working closely with senior management on technical direction, project prioritisation, and corporate strategy
  • Develop and implement exploration strategies across tenement holdings, with a focus on both discovery and resource definition
  • Manage site and all contractors, including drillers, field crew and consultants
  • Lead acquisition, interpretation, and reporting of geological, geochemical, and geophysical data
  • Maintain and oversee the company’s technical database and ensure data quality standards are met
  • Act as Competent Person for sign off on JORC/MRE estimates and exploration results
  • Plan, budget, and execute exploration programs (mapping, geophysics, geochemistry, drilling)
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on project pipeline prioritisation and technical risk assessments
  • Contribute to corporate reporting, board updates, investor presentations, and industry events as needed
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, regulatory obligations and reporting
  • Engage professionally with local communities and stakeholders to maintain long standing relationships ensuring alignment and continuity
  • Monitor global industry trends and integrate innovation into exploration methodology and strategy
  • Contribute to the advancement of projects through scoping, PFS and DFS stages by supporting geological inputs into studies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in mineral exploration, with a strong track record of discovery and/or resource development
  • Demonstrated experience working in Cu, Ag, Au mineralised systems (ideally in Canada).
